Back to work πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ³

Finally, I’m back to work. I won’t go into too much detail in this blog but I would like to give you guys a bit of an explanation about my work situation.

In case some of you don’t know what I do for a living… I’m a baker in a school kitchen πŸŽ‚

I started going back to work a week ago now after being off for about three weeks, after a really bad situation that I had been in, which caused me to have a panic attack and go to the doctors who signed off with work related stress and anxiety… I was in a really difficult situation as my dad is my boss and I always give my job my best shot no matter what situation. So it really hurt both of us with me being off for three weeks, as I could tell how stressful work had become every time my dad would get in late every night. At work me and my dad have a line between home and work, and we are both so professional with it all, so when everything happened it really crushed a lot of things.

I’m back to work now and I couldn’t be happier with my job. The issue is sorted and let’s just say I won’t ever have to see that person ever again!

So much has changed at work… everyone works as a team, chats and has a laugh with one another, gets along, produces production much better… with my side of the job, I am so much more creative with my cakes and bakes it’s great! I’m doing all sorts of cake decorations and layouts, the students love it. I am definitely much more happier at work and it really shows ☺️

I admit it’s been quite difficult balancing work and outside work life. If you read my previous blog then you will know that my boyfriend had his operation the other week, with that going on and then still working all the days around the operation… it has been a bit of a challenge. But we are now on the other side, K is out of the hospital and healing amazingly, and I am back at work earning my way and really enjoying it again!

What do you do for a living??
